A user who is assigned a Comment Resolution Role in an Originating Comment is recognized as a Comment Resolver. The user will be assigned a Comment Resolution Task to access pertinent review information and the on-going Conversation. Such user will be able to write replies within the owning Conversations. The user will be able to set a reply as a Decision, which will resolve the Originating Comment and complete the Comment Resolution Task.
