A user, when provided with Administrator’s privileges, may adjust the following system settings on the Administrative page:

GENESYS server location if different than specified at installation

Purge event records to clean up the database or reset faulty notifications

Terminate Sidekick sessions as necessary

Enable Review Object updates for Reviews in Accepting Comments state

Push closed Review’s data to GENESYS
-
Enter or edit organization information.
