A user who is assigned a Comment Resolution Role attribute in an Originating Comment is recognized as a Comment Resolver. The user will be assigned a Comment Resolution Task (CRT) to access pertinent review information and the on-going Conversation. Such a user with the CRT will be able to write replies within the owning Conversations. The user will be able to set the final reply as a Decision, which will resolve the Originating Comment and complete the Comment Resolution Task.
Note: An Originating Comment may have one or more assigned resolvers, who each has a distinct CRT. As a result, there may be multiple “cousin” CRTs, all tied to the same Originating Comment. Any one of these is capable of resolving the OC. When one CRT has satisfied the resolution of the OC, it will transition to Complete, while other “cousin” CRTs will transition to Closed.
