The entity name of the Data Object is displayed in the properties panel of the Originating Comment instead of a GENESYS entity ID. The correct Data Objects can also be pushed back into GENESYS once the Review is closed:

The node or edge entity if the data object is a member entity of a diagram.

The entire Review Object if the data object is an attribute or parameter of the Review Object entity.
