Launch Sidekick Application
The Sidekick site can be accessed through the web address provided by the IT/IS professional that installed the Sidekick and GENESYS Server applications.
If setting up for local instance only, the site can generally be accessed via:
Enter Credentials
Type in your assigned username and password.
